Bridging The Digital Divide

Services we provide include group and one-on-one digital skills training, help desk support, device deployment and support in accessing the internet through initiatives like the Affordable Connectivity Program or Comcast's Internet Essentials plan. Our goal is to help each person we work with gain the basic digital skills needed for:

• Online education and training

• Applying for employment

• Working remotely

• Accessing resources including food support, transportation, government benefits, online banking, housing assistance, childcare and telehealth

• Socializing and entertainment

The Hub is a place where all people can learn, get technical support services and individual help to ensure that they can use technology to reach their goals and help our region to thrive.
